To continuously strengthen the ideological and political development of Party member lawyers and firmly grasp the correct political direction of lawyers' work, our firm's Party branch recently carried out a September themed Party Day activity. The activity focused on upholding the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee, deeply understanding the decisive significance of the "two establishments," and resolutely upholding the "two safeguards," and promoted the deep integration of Party building work with lawyers' professional practice.
During the event, all Party members participated in a concentrated theoretical study session, gaining a deep understanding of the significant historical and practical implications of the "two establishments" (establishing the Party Central Committee and establishing the rule of law), and recognizing that upholding the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee is the fundamental guarantee for advancing the rule of law in all aspects. Everyone agreed that as practitioners of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics, lawyers possess a strong political orientation and must continuously improve their political judgment, understanding, and execution capabilities. They must consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in thought, politics, and action, and integrate political awareness throughout the entire process of handling cases and practicing law.

During the learning and exchange session, Party member lawyers shared their insights based on their daily case-handling practices. They discussed that understanding the "two establishments" and upholding the "two safeguards" cannot remain merely theoretical; it must be implemented in every case handled and every legal service provided. When handling civil and commercial cases, enforcement cases, and various complex cases, they must not only adhere to the bottom line of legal professionalism but also firmly stand on the people's side, upholding the professional principle of "supporting the leadership of the Party and upholding the socialist rule of law," striving to be good lawyers who satisfy the Party and the people.
Meanwhile, the Party members discussed how to guide the law firm's business development through Party building. Secretary Li Jing stated that the results of theoretical learning should be transformed into practical results in fulfilling duties: actively participate in public interest legal education and conflict resolution, and wholeheartedly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people; strictly abide by professional discipline and ethics, and demonstrate the exemplary role of Party members in legal service practice; and serve the local rule of law construction based on their own positions, contributing to the modernization of social governance with professional expertise.

This themed Party Day event served as both an ideological tempering and a mobilization for professional practice. Moving forward, our Party branch will continue to deepen theoretical understanding, adhere to the principle of deploying and advancing Party building and professional work simultaneously, and guide all lawyers to internalize and externalize their loyalty to the Party. With strong political awareness and professional competence, we will shoulder the mission and responsibility of legal professionals in the new era, contributing the firm's strength to the advancement of the rule of law.
